**Payments are due on the 1st of each month with a $15.00 late fee added to payments received after the 5th of the month.

**A one-time security deposit is required with the first month’s rental.  Security deposit is the same price as your monthly rental.

Tenant key cards open the gated entrance and grant access to our facility and rental spaces. Key cards must be returned at the end of rental agreements.

Yes, we have 24/7 security camera coverage and a secure, gated facility.

Yes, Tenants are responsible for providing their own insurance covering their boat, RV or trailer.  A copy of the current proof of insurance MUST be on file before storing with us, as well as a current license plate.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
